Merry Christmas!!!

We had such a wonderful Christmas so far. :)

Friday we went to Grandma & Grandpa's house.  All the cousins were there.  There was LOTS of playing, and presents.  So Much Fun!  The Parson's slept over with us for more fun Christmas Eve morning.  We made a gingerbread village we were so proud of. Cousins Village we called it.

One second after Grandma photoed our creation- we devoured it.  We left at 12:30 to head home.  We prepped for friends to come over for appetizers before Christmas Eve church at 7;00 pm.  We had a yummy blast with our friends.  We enjoyed a great church with lots of music and candle light Silent Night at the end.  We were tired Christmas Eve and went to sleep without a peep.  Christmas morning we almost got up at 5;00am, but mom sent us back to bed. Adley woke up at 6;30 ready for action, mom and dad said OK so he woke up the crew.  What a fun morning of presents and waffles.  We went to Christmas morning church.  Here's a photo with our buddies.

We played tons of games all afternoon and watched a movie before bed.  The day after Christmas and still having a Blast.  More games (we got a lot of games for Christmas - so fun.) Then we went ice sledding on the power lines.

Christmas Fun!

Look what Nathanael made today!

 He did a good job with all the pieces of this foam craft - it came out great.  After lunch we're off to Grandma's house for Christmas FUN!

We had a wonderful day going to MaTaunte Andrea's house.  We made cookies, played Pay Day, President, Football and took a walk on this chilly day.

Museum of Fine Arts Boston

Yes, we're really fancy - we went to a Home School activity time at the Museum of Fine Arts.  It was great, the art was fantastic.  We drove in and found parking - but mom said next time we'll take the Subway. :)

Thanksgiving FUN!

We had such a great Thanksgiving.  The Parsons came over Wednesday night and we had a pizza party.  We had so much fun playing - and a sleep over.  Thursday morning Grandma & Grandpa came over.  Then Dad, Grandma and Auntie Bee went to run the Thanksgiving 5K.  They each came back with an apple pie.   We ate so much food on Thanksgiving, played some football in the backyard, ate some more and played a lot.  Grandpa had to work on Friday so Grandma & the Parsons stayed over night one more night.  Friday morning the guys went to the pick up football game at church.

We went over to run around in the gym for the morning.  We came home for lunch and the Parsons had to head home.

AWANA - Grand Prix

Wow, look at these racers - they each had a 1st place heat.  They did 4 races each.  No trophies this year but lots of fun.  Nathanael did the Lego - Adley did the shark and Jeremiah did the green pom pom car.

Mount Auburn Cemetary

Was BEAUTIFUL - and super fun to explore with friends.

We climbed the tower - we're tiny and up on the first level.

The foliage was at the end - but there were many magnificent trees.  This is a gingo tree.  Jeremiah read about them in a book - and really wanted a ginko leaf in real life.  His dream came true.

The weather was a fabulous 60 degrees - we are soaking in the awesome of fall.

Halloween!

So fun and so busy - and we forgot to take pictures.  WHAT!???

The Wednesday before Halloween we went to a play place for free because we dressed up in costumes.
On Saturday we carved our pumpkins

We carved Pokemons - Jeremiah's was Mudkip, Adley's was Gengar, and Nathanael's was Litwick

On Halloween we had an art class at a friends house and got all dressed up then too.
For trick or treating we went to the Hanscom Air Force Base where our friends live. We got POUNDS of candy - it was nuts and fun.  We got stuck in traffic on the way down - scarfed pizza and headed out to treat.  We missed the photo opp.  After treating we went to another friends on the base and had hot cocoa and watched some Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (what???  We usually watch the Halloween one, but our friends said Halloween was over. :) )

So we had a blast.

Jeremiah was a sailor, Nathanael was Bobo Fett (Star Wars), and Adley was a Jedi in black with a light saber.

This Saturday Dad took the boys to catapault their pumpkins into a field  A HUGE catapaulter.  Photos to come soon.

Super Fun Fall Things

We had a blast at Marini Farms with our Co-Op friends.

We  bounced on the HUGE pillow - that's Jeremiah in the dark blue long sleeve tee getting some air.

We finished the day with apple cider donuts and honey crisp apples.  YUM!!

Today friends took us to Plymouth Plantation.  We had a blast exploring the Indian village.  Here we are testing our boating skills.

Later we spent the most time in 1700's plymouth plantation.  We found a house we liked the best and pretended we lived there.  What a BLAST!

New Guppy!

Wow, the fish goings on are very busy.  Jeremiah got a new guppy named Wood last Saturday.  These three fish swim around so fast all the time, it's hard to take their picture. Wood has a beautiful tail kind of like cheetah spots.  Strawberry Lemonade & Candy Corn all get along nicely.

And we got some new orange planty things.   On a sad goldfish note- we are down to 3.  One got stuck in the filter and died - and one accidentally got out when mom was adding the new mushroom tank decoration.

Nathanael's Biking/Camping Adventure

New Goldfishes!

We had a blast at our youngest Philips' cousin Corbin's first birthday party.  It was a fish themed party, and we took home 5 goldfish.  They were sitting in canning jars on our kitchen table all week.  Mom finally let us get a tank for them. (I think she thought they wouldn't make 2 days so was holding out for their demise.)  But we love our new fish. Mom can't keep all the new names straight so you'll have to wait to hear it from us. The new tank is in our bedroom on Jeremiahs dresser.  It comes with colorful lights - so it's a fish dance party all day long; red, blue and green. We are very pleased!

My Biking Camping Adventure

Was a blast!

It was a bit rainy at night, but we had a great time,  There was a really loud owl at night time though.

Friday Fun!

After Co-Op we went to an apple orchard - but we didn't pick apples.....  We saw the animals and hung out with friends.  We did a hedge maze, and a tunnel maze, at apple cider donuts and bought some honey crisp apples.  Yum Yum! Adley enjoyed a photo shoot in the pumpkin patch just to have the same fun.

Tonight Dad and Adley drove the tandem bike packed with camping gear to Acton MA - 9 miles away.  We'll hear tomorrow how their adventure went.
