AWANA - Grand Prix

Wow, look at these racers - they each had a 1st place heat.  They did 4 races each.  No trophies this year but lots of fun.  Nathanael did the Lego - Adley did the shark and Jeremiah did the green pom pom car.

Mount Auburn Cemetary

Was BEAUTIFUL - and super fun to explore with friends.

We climbed the tower - we're tiny and up on the first level.

Mom, the sun's in our eyes - bad shot for a photo shoot.

The foliage was at the end - but there were many magnificent trees.  This is a gingo tree.  Jeremiah read about them in a book - and really wanted a ginko leaf in real life.  His dream came true.

The weather was a fabulous 60 degrees - we are soaking in the awesome of fall.

Halloween!

So fun and so busy - and we forgot to take pictures.  WHAT!???

The Wednesday before Halloween we went to a play place for free because we dressed up in costumes.
On Saturday we carved our pumpkins

We carved Pokemons - Jeremiah's was Mudkip, Adley's was Gengar, and Nathanael's was Litwick

On Halloween we had an art class at a friends house and got all dressed up then too.
For trick or treating we went to the Hanscom Air Force Base where our friends live. We got POUNDS of candy - it was nuts and fun.  We got stuck in traffic on the way down - scarfed pizza and headed out to treat.  We missed the photo opp.  After treating we went to another friends on the base and had hot cocoa and watched some Charlie Brown Thanksgiving (what???  We usually watch the Halloween one, but our friends said Halloween was over. :) )

So we had a blast.

Jeremiah was a sailor, Nathanael was Bobo Fett (Star Wars), and Adley was a Jedi in black with a light saber.

This Saturday Dad took the boys to catapault their pumpkins into a field  A HUGE catapaulter.  Photos to come soon.

Super Fun Fall Things

We had a blast at Marini Farms with our Co-Op friends.

We  bounced on the HUGE pillow - that's Jeremiah in the dark blue long sleeve tee getting some air.

We finished the day with apple cider donuts and honey crisp apples.  YUM!!

Today friends took us to Plymouth Plantation.  We had a blast exploring the Indian village.  Here we are testing our boating skills.

Later we spent the most time in 1700's plymouth plantation.  We found a house we liked the best and pretended we lived there.  What a BLAST!

Today we took a family hike, the foliage was nice - we went 2.8 miles.

New Guppy!

Wow, the fish goings on are very busy.  Jeremiah got a new guppy named Wood last Saturday.  These three fish swim around so fast all the time, it's hard to take their picture. Wood has a beautiful tail kind of like cheetah spots.  Strawberry Lemonade & Candy Corn all get along nicely.

And we got some new orange planty things.   On a sad goldfish note- we are down to 3.  One got stuck in the filter and died - and one accidentally got out when mom was adding the new mushroom tank decoration.
