Dentist

So Nathanael had his first Dentist visit on Monday and he did super. Both us big guys have perfect teeth, mom went today and so does she. We even got prizes for doing so well. The dentist said this is the year for Adley to have a loose tooth and for a 6 year molars, so here they come. Nathanael has mom's bite. :) Adley has super close front teeth, not like mom, so when his big guy teeth come in.....watch out...there will be no room. :)

9 month Check-up!

Yah I'm beefing up nicely. I'm weighing in at 25 lbs 14 oz (98th percentile) and am 31 inches long (99th percentile). My pediatrician said I weigh as much as an average 20 month old. Nice. I had to have blood drawn for my lead test. Full on blood drawn....but it went well. (seems crazy to mom - Nathanael had to have his done at 3 years old. Different pediatricians office I guess.)

This is how I'm measuring up to the big brothers. I'm as long as Adley was at 1 year old...and I weigh more than he did at 1 year old. Nathanael beats me at his 1 year measurements by half and inch. I do weigh 1 oz. more than Nathanael at his 15 month.

Our new years eve consisted of picking up mom from the airport from her trip to Mexico. Then we had Domino's pizza for dinner. Nothing too wild, but some bubbly apple juice...(it was yummy).

New Years Day was 50 degrees and boy did we enjoy it outside. Adley got a Big scoot for Christmas so the big boys took a ride in the neighborhood. Then Dad and Adley took a bike ride in the woods. Adley did great on his first mountain bike adventure on his big 2 wheel bike. When they got home Adley came to tell mom. "Hey mom guess what? I went mountain biking and my bike is all dirty." He was so proud, and should be, he did great!

Christmas 2, 3 and 4!!

We had a fabulous Christmas. We went to Grandma's and Grandpa's on Friday for our Philips family fun. We had a blast all day long eating and playing with our cousins. On Saturday we had a chill day at home playing with our new presents. Then our friends Colin & Will came over for dinner. Those guys are super fun to play with. We stayed up a little late on Christmas Eve, so at 8am Adley came and told Mom. "I just saw Christmas...lets go and count the presents!!" So we had a nice morning of present opening. Us guys each got a bean bag chair, they are great. We played with our toys for a while, then went to Church. It was a great family service, we all got to enjoy it. Then home for breakfast for lunch (we love sweet breakfast anytime of day..). Then we played the rest of the day. On Monday we went to Ma Taunte Andrea's place. We were so excited to see it. We had a great time with Grandpa and Nana. Yummy food and fun toys. We've had a very Merry Christmas!

Then mom took off for Cancun to her girlfriends wedding so it's been just the guys! We LOVE our guy time.

Merry Christmas #1!

What a super fun Merry Christmas Sunday! Memere & Papa King came down and Ma Taunte Andrea & Seth. We had a delicious lunch, and lots of present opening. Jeremiah enjoys all the paper around. The big guys were excited about all their fun gifts. Spider Mans & legos and lots of fun stuff. The boys all put on their new Christmas jammies before bed to watch a Christmas show "the Christmas Star" with Ma Taunte Andrea.

Teeth & Trains!

Jeremiah has 4 teeth out and one super close, so he's ready for some steak. :)

We got to see the cool train set up at our local liquor store. Adley enjoyed saying "lick her" as we went there...thankfully no one got licked in the process. :) It's a 30ft by 8ft set up where the kids stand on the cases of beer to see the 3 tracks set up, and the whole town all set up for Christmas for the trains to go through and around. There is a button for each track to press, the kids loved to make them all go. There were lots of kids watching. very fun!

Again it was on mom's list to bring the camera, but these days shes lucky enough to bring what we NEED. :)

Party Guys!

Boy do we love to party, and we're already up to our 3rd Christmas party.

Our first one was last Friday with our Homeschool Co-Op group. We had a fun time of singing carols, a yummy lunch, the buffet had a fabulous dessert selection...one of our favorite things about Christmas parties. Then we did the craft project and made a couple ornaments, and then had activity time in the gym. We LOVED it. Nathanaels favorite part, with out even thinking about it, was that he learned the game Sharks and Minnows. Fun time with our home school friends.

Then yesterday Dad's work had a Christmas party for the kids. We made lots of Christmas crafts, we decorated/ate a lot of frosting for our gingerbread man, there was a beanbag toss game we spent a lot of time at, and Nathanael got his face painted...he got a snowman. Santa was there too, but we for sure didn't want to go sit on his lap. So we kept to the activities. We got a treat bag after....we LOVE treats.

Then Tuesday evening we had our AWANA party. Nathanaels' Cubbies had a pajama party. Adley's Sparkies had options, crafts, gym time or a movie. And they do an AWANA store. Adley earns '$' for going to AWANA and doing his workbook, and memorizing Bible verses. He's doing great at it, and loves earning jewels in his pin badge on his vest. Nathanael has 3 patches in his vest. It's a super time. Adley enjoyed the store to buy whatever he wanted, and watched the Christmas movie....although we don't know what it was, but there was a dog that ate a lot of donuts and he became invisible.....not sure how good this description is...I'm sure none of you know this movie...or if the description is really reliable. :)

Well we'll keep you posted on all our Christmas fun...and there's been a lot of it!

I'm 8 months!

And we got our tree today, and I'm going to learn to crawl because I'm trying hard to figure it out and this tree is BIG and Beautiful and I want to get it!!! First 10 minutes the tree was up I found a way to scoot underneath it, but the branches were getting me, so I let mom know I didn't like it and she saved me. But I'll be trying again and again.

The brothers have a little tree set up in their room as well, and we've got our stockings hung by the mantle. Adley took them all down on Friday and ran past mom who was changing my diaper. She asked him what he was doing, he said "I took them". She asked "Why did you do that?" He answered "I'm the Grinch!". Yah, Mom liked that one, I think you will too.

I can't wait for some cookie making...when's that going to happen?

Oh well good things come to those who wait!

We hope you all had a very Happy Thanksgiving, we had a wonderful weekend. Aunt Bee & Uncle Ben and Ethan & Grandma & Grandpa came and spend the night Wednesday night. Then the fun on Thanksgiving when our other 2 uncles and their families came. We were 16 at our place...and it was so fun!!! Then cousin Ethan and his mom & dad spent the night one more night.

We are thankful for each other!!! And for lots of things!

Trick or Treat!

And tonight we trick or treated!! And boy do we have full bags of candy. This is the aftermath while we watch a Halloween show and eat our candy!! Jeremiah was eyeing our candy so mom gave him stars...so we were all munching on the couch.

What a CRAZY week we've had!!

WOW, is all we can say. Here's how it all went down.

We carved our pumpkins Saturday night, (Dad has cooler photo's so you'll have to wait for those.) We had a big fancy supper and were excited for snow the next day. However at 9:30pm we lost power....and lots of big branches fell due to the heavy snow that did fall. Mom and Dad were up playing skip-bo but had to stop many times to go investigate huge tree falling sounds. The next day, still no power but maybe it's fun the first day. Monday- Halloween- Dad goes to work, we're chilly because the fireplace smokes like crazy so we've only been running it at night before bed. So we go to the mall to go Trick-or-treating. And it was PACKED. With lots of people not even trick or treating but to stay warm. The trick or treating was totally crazy as well because of all the people. But we did it. Back home for supper. We grilled lots of supper, and were glad for Dad's camp stove to warm us up some hot cocoa and soup and stuff. We tried a fire that night. Then Tuesday, still no power, and chilly so mom took us to Dunkin donuts for a nice warm donut breakfast, and coffee for mom. And that was packed as well, but praise the Lord when we pulled in a parking spot cleared up. There was one super small table free for us to sit at. We had our breakfast and mom brought coloring books, so we enjoyed a little more Dunkin ambiance. Once home mom had us both take super long hot showers...we were almost raisins. Then mom talked to a girlfriend about getting a fire really hot, to heat up the bricks so it won't smoke as much. So she did, and boy did she smoke us out. It was a crazy 4 hours of smoke, until she realized that the flue is more to the back, so she pushed the fire to the back and low and behold, our fireplace is not smoky, and we had that thing cranking all day. We didn't move from the carpet in front of the fireplace. We colored there, had snacks there, read books there, played with Jeremiah there. When Dad got home he could smell the smoke for sure, but was glad for the warmth. And for a warm treat we had Chinese take out for dinner. Over night the temp dropped to 51.5 in the house...we slept in sleeping bags, hats and our blankets. Jeremiah was a blanket bundle as well. Wednesday we cranked the fire all day. We got the temp in the hallway to 57 degrees. SWEET. We watched the power guys cut down the tree on the power lines...but still no power for us. When Dad got home he said there was power all down the street..until close to our place it all went dark. So we got a little excited for nothing. One more chilly night back down to 51.5 in the morning. Thursday morning...still no power. We had a nice fire for our breakfast (which has really been mom's supply of frozen breads that thawed, banana bread & chocolate zucchini bread.) We decided to get out of the house and went to the park. Jeremiah got to swing for the first time. We was not so excited at the other boys..a little more concerned. He also had big brothers pushing him some...but mom kept them gentle. Everyone who was at the park left so we called a friend and went over to their house. They also didn't have power but had a generator. After playing for a while home again. Once home..still no power. We've got a fire cranking, candles burning. Mom's figuring we're in for another night without power, and then at 5:20pm THE LIGHTS TURN ON!! MOM is pumped!! and so are we. We got to watch TV, and mom gets to clean....I don't know why she's so excited...she's been doing mountains of laundry, vacuuming and lots of not fun stuff. :) But we are SO excited to be with power!! So the event today is to go grocery shopping when Jermemiah wakes up so we have something good to eat...it's getting to be slim pickin's int he Philips household. :)

But we survived!!!

First Snow!!!

We were SO excited today for snow on the ground, we wanted to make snowballs & snowmen, however this is a crispy snow....it wasn't working. Tomorow is 'to be continued' as we might get 4 inches. We're hoping it's snowmanable.

Can't believe we're posting about snow and we've not even had Halloween!!

We decorated the house for Halloween today. (See the spooky windows??) And if you can see it's dark and rainy outside. Well it was raining in buckets this afternoon, and we noticed that the street was flooding, so we went out to check it out. We've got some sweet photo's of our recycle bucket floating down the street, of us and our neighbors splashing around. When we went outside it was still pouring, but it stopped and we could really enjoy it! Turns out there was a lot of pine needles blocking the drainage. So the neighbors brought out their shovel to scoop it up. then the fun was over, but it was dinner time anyway.

Hike Wachusett Mountain!!

We did a BIG 2 mile hike up Wachusett Mountian (Ski mountain north of Worcester.) Dad was our photographer, we should have gotten someone to take a photo of all of us. The leaves are starting to change, the weather was beautiful. It was a fabulous day. We had some tired legs, (well not counting Jeremiah), so we went to Friendly's after our hike, and we did a great job eating our dinner and ice cream dessert. We'll all sleep well tonight!!

6 month Check-up!

Yah, I'm still off the charts: 28 3/4 inches long & 22 lbs 12 oz. (98th percentile)

Fun stats: I weigh 7 oz more than Nathanael at his 9 month appointment, and I'm 3/4 of an inch longer than Adley at his 9 month appointment. (they beat me at the other measurements at 9 months....remember Adley was chubby and Nathanael was taller... :) I'm both....I win!!

Jeremiah is 6 months today, had some puffs for the first time, Nathanael fed him for the first time.

Having a relaxing rainy Saturday! Then we had plans to go to see our friends, so Adley offered to feed Jeremiah lunch while mom did the dishes to get the show on the road...well mom decided she needed to video...so much for that. so mom left the dishes for later. :)

I'm Cute!

And I rolled over for the first time on Tuesday, from back to front. I LOVE to eat my rice cereal & oat cereal. My favorite foods are banana's, pears, applesauce and sweet potatoes....did you guess, I have a sweet tooth. I am comfortably wearing 12 month clothes. My brothers love me bunches and I get LOTS of kisses, and rough jiggles and they love to put blankets on my face. I smile tons when I see them.

Grandpies & Nana

Went to Grandpie's & Nana's last weekend and had a blast!! Great Grandmie is holding Jeremiah in the back ground, and Nathanael is gonna get it... :)

We got to Grandpie's Friday night, and Saturday we went for a bike ride, spent lots of time jumping on the trampline. There were a few blueberries still to pick, and some black berries. We had a great time. We always LOVE to visit.

Camping is SO much fun!!

We went camping at Grandma & Grandpa's house this weekend and had a blast. (pics) We were originally going to go camping at a state park, but since Irene came the parks were closed as people tried to clean up CT. Grandma only got power Friday afternoon (which was nice once we got there, made for an easier camping trip. :) )

We tented for 2 nights. We had campfires & smores & LOTS of popcicles - these might be grandpa's favorite food. We had a blast with all our cousins. There were bike rides, walks to the the state park for some river and pond fun, we went to the 'brook' behind Grandma & grandpa's and discovered their oasis. We even managed a family trip/caravan to Grandma's church. How we pulled that one off is pretty SWEET, 3 carloads of us showered/dressed and out the house by 9:30 - we even got to the church in time for donuts...YUM!!

What a blast!!

First day of School!

Home school that is. A fun first day! So far so good! Adley's in Kindergarden and Nathanael is doing 'some of Kindergarden' or pre-school really. Mom was going to start School Sept 1st, but Adley kept asking to start sooner, so we started today.

We started AWANA last night, it meets once a week, and Adley is a Sparks and Nathanael is a Cubbie. We get cool vests, Dad took a photo we'll have to get it up here soon.

The big rain ended about noon-time. The water in the road drained quickly once the rain slowed down. We never lost power. All and all a good storm. :) And our first hurricane - well tropical storm officially.

UPDATE

So it's been raining a ton. This morning water started coming in our front door so we had to put the storm window in. Dad even did the rest of the windows because the ones in the front of the house were dripping a little.

Dad had parked his car on the road away from the pine trees, except the road is filling up with water, so he went out to move it into the driveway. The water is deeper than his shorts.....he went to check the drain....it's not blocked...crazy!!

No ones driving down Ansie Rd today!

Hurricane Irene

OK I think we're ready. Dad had us pick up all our toys in the back yard, and everything is stuffed onto the back porch.

We're going to track the wind too. We tied a yarn to the front railing tied to a bubble wand...(one of the heavier models), and we're going to track to see how many 'rungs strong' the wind is tomorrow. As it should be coming straight at the house. We'll have to calibrate our wind 'measurer' by what the officials actually track with their fancy equipment.

(yah, mom was a science nerd, and so we're doomed to be too. :) )

We'll keep you updated if there's anything good to report.

We're due for heavy rain/wind tomorrow afternoon.

FUN STUFF

So we've been busy. We went up to Memere's for a fun sleepover this week. And we visited a Granite Quary. It was very cool, we even made our own granite engraving using a diamond dust gun...very cool. The Quary was very amazing as well. Did you know that a cubic foot of granite weighs 160lbs. It's tough stuff!!

Then back home we went to the EcoTarium this Friday with cousin Jayden & Owen and Grandma. It was a free day to the museum and was pretty packed. Nathanael liked the train ride around the park the best, and Adley enjoyed the hammer head shark photo section. But they really liked a ton of it. Very fun day. A few photo's as well.

Well time to chill this weekend and with a hurricane approaching on Sunday!!!

5 Year Check-Up!!

Just had my 5 year check up. Everything is great. I'm weighing in at 42lbs 9.6oz (60th percentile) and am 46" tall (95th percentile). So I'm tall, but that's no surprise. :)

4 Month Check-up!!

Today I had my 4 month check-up. I'm weighing in at 19lbs. 9oz (98th percentile) and am 27 1/4 inches long (99th percentile). So yah I'm off the charts. :) But I'm super healthy and doing great.

My brothers weighted in at 4 months at 16lbs 14oz and 26inches long (both of them). I'm 2 months ahead of my brothers at this point. Adley was 20lbs 7oz at his 6 month and 27inches long, and Nathanael was 19lbs 40z and 28 inches at his 6 month.

Well time to take a snooze after my morning of shots. :)

Adley is 5 Years Old!!

I had a super Birthday weekend, and it was filled with Transformer Fun!!!

On Friday I had 3 of my guy friends over, and their brothers and sisters for 9 people over having fun. We had a pizza party, water balloons, and lots of fun.

Friday night Dad, Nathanael and I camped out in the backyard!! We LOVED it and can't wait to camp again.

On Saturday we had Grandma & Grandpa & cousin Jayden & Owen over for fun. And Ma Taunte Andrea & Seth stopped by too. It was great to play with everyone. We had a blast in the pool and with the sprinkle planet. We love to splash and get wet.

On Sunday we had a low key day at the house enjoying all the new toys, and mom made a car cake that was trying to be Bumble Bee's car....it was fun at least. :)

July So Far!!

Wow have we been busy but it's been so much fun. Now to update you all on the fun we've been having. Here are some pics to go along with some of it...but we've been a bit slack in this department too. :)

For the 4th of July we had 2 fun BBQ's..very yummy and fun. Ma Taunte Andrea has move back to New England. YEAH!!, check out the photo of her in her new car... Last week we had our Son Surf VBS camp. It was so fun. Adley was in the Seahorse group and Nathanael was in the crabs group. We're still singing the songs and doing the motions in the car. So fun. It was crazy hot last week, so we went to our friends pools to stay cool. We LOVE to swim. Adley is working on his doggie paddle, and Nathanael jumps right in the pool, face underwater multiple times and LOVES it, he doesn't come up coughing at all. Crazy man.

We're relaxing this week, but we'll be gearing up for Adley's 5th birthday for next month.

Going to Memere's and Papa Kings

And we've been looking forward to this trip for WEEKS, well 2 at least. And here is the link to all our may/june photos....lots of new ones. We went up Friday late afternoon. On Saturday we went to the BIG family BBQ and stopped to see Great Pepere & Memere on the way. At the BBQ there was a SWEET bounce house that we spend most of the evening there, unless we were eating the yummy food!! On Sunday we enjoyed time in the pool. On Monday we took a cool hike. On Tuesday we checked out a cool pond and spent more time in the pool. On Wednesday, there was time in the pool. Can you tell there was one spot we'd been looking forward to the most. The weather was a tad cool for the pool, but we're hard core. :)

Boy did we have some fabulous weather this Saturday, after a week of rain.

We did soccer in the morning, and biked and played outside all day. We love lunch on the blanket in the back yard. Took a walk to the pond, grilled our dinner and cooked some delicious marshmallows.

We're having a BLAST!!

Our little brother has been awake more and more and we really enjoy all 'playing' together. And for some reason Adley didn't want to be on the bottom because he needed to be holding Jeremiah, and Nathanael was cool with that.

Adley is a great big brother, he gets things for mom when she needs it. Nathanael loves to help too, at bath time, and teamwork holding Jeremiah in the car seat on the way to the car.

We LOVE you guys,

I hope the rain lets up because we have HIGH energy, and it makes mom a little crazy!!

Nathanael's 3 year check-up

Today I had my 3 year check-up, and I'm weighing in at 35lbs 6oz (82 percentile) and 40 1/2 inches tall (96 percentile). Yah I'm tall - but you knew that. Everything is great with me, no shots, but I had to do the lead test. At the old pediatrics it was a finger prick and squeeze until you get enough blood. Here they drew blood from my arm, It hurt and I wanted out of the chair, but mom says I was so brave.

Some fun stats when Adley was 3 years old: 35 lbs 4oz and 39 inches....so pretty cool, I'm an inch and a half taller than Adley was.

Currently we're 5 lbs different and 4 inches different.

People often ask us when we're out and about if we're twins...

Yesterday we went to a play place with lots of climey pipes and fun ball pits. I'm so big I can go most everywhere, and where I couldn't quite get up on my own, Adley pushed me up by my bum. He's a great big brother. We had a blast!!

Jeremiah's 1 Month Check-up

Jeremiah had his one month check-up today and he's weighing in at 12 lbs 5 oz (95 percentile) and is 23 1/2 inches long (96 percentile). He's doing great!! Just for fun the boys Adley & Nathanael were this big at 2 months:

Ma Tauntes Trip

Boy did we have a BLAST when Ma taunte was here. Check out these pics. We of course had lots of birthday celebration, but we played a ton in the back yard, she brought cool art things to do. We also had a fun fondue night, we made the salad for the 'intermission' (even though we went to bed before the chocolate...no fair.) We enjoyed fondue, but Adley didn't like the swiss cheese as much but liked the green apple dippers.

We also went to the farm. We fed goats, we collected chicken eggs, we saw peacocks, we played in the kids area and went on a hay ride and saw really big cows with huge horns. We learned a lot about animals and remember only a little. There are cows that are almost endangered...didn't know. At the end of the day we were very pooped, and Ma Taunte is the best....she carried us both. That night we went to friendlies for dinner...love the Ice Cream!!

We had a blast, and look forward to the day when we can fly west to see her.

We're really interested in flying since we drove her to the airport.

This week Dad worked 3 days, but we still got out and about!

Monday we went to the park for a couple hours and had a great time. On Tuesday we went to Walmart and bought some fun Easter things, and egg dying kit that we used today...very fun, also lots of fun Easter Candy. On Wednesday we went to the Christian Movie Festival and got to watch a free Veggie Tail movie on the BIG screen, Grandma came with us, it was very fun. This morning we dyed our Easter Eggs...we're gearing up for Easter Fun. We have a few new photo's, and maybe a video...if mom has time to cut it before Brother wakes up to eat.

Dad has tomorrow off, and we've got some friends coming over on Saturday. We're so settling in nicely. And little brother will be 3 weeks tomorrow. Mom can't believe how fast it's going. We can't wait for little brother to be bigger to be awake more and play. But he still gets lots of kisses, and Nathanael loves to help mom give little brother a bath.

One Week Old!

Friday I was one week old!! Already huh? I'm figuring out this sleeping at night business...who knew..I used to love to move and shake in the wee hours of the night. But now I give mom 4hrs between each feeding...I know soo generous. she loves it. I sleep awesome in the morning, and I like to snuggle/eat all afternoon to early evening, but I'm a champ all night long, and mom loves that.

The big brothers got a metal slide from the neighbor, and a large wood log block to screw it to, it's pretty sweet. It will go on the swing set/slide kit dad is going to buy/make, but for now it's sweet. Check out the photo's of the boys....looks like we live in the middle of nowhere. I love it. Also I'm sporting some shades...

Today was a 70 degree day, we spent it mostly outside. We love to eat meals on the screened in porch, and pic nics on our blanket.

I'm settling in nicely, Aldey LOVES to give me kisses, and tries to comfort me when I'm upset. Very nice!!

Well time to get some shut eye!!

Love the New Brother!!

I've been sitting here for the past few minutes just giving my new brother kisses, he's too cute. There's another pic of Nathanael and I peek-a-boo behind brothers seat too.

We love the new brother, but he's not awake and making noises that much.

I'm excited because my soccer league starts on Saturday, and yesterday Dad took me shopping for shin guards, soccer socks and cleats. It was so fun to try them out yesterday in the back yard. Can't wait to play Saturday, I'll keep you posted how much fun I have. It's called 'magnet' soccer, 4 on 4 which means there is 8 kids wherever the ball is. Can't wait.

The weather looks to be nice today, and Dad is home so we're going to have some fun.

Hello Everyone,

I'm the newest Philips born April 1st in a snow storm at 1:52pm and weighing 10lbs (even) and 22 1/2 inches long. We're home and doing wonderfully, I'm settling in to life with my very busy brothers. Here are some pics for you guys to enjoy from my hospital stay!!

It's been a good first day at the new house, sleeping all day and up all night....mom mentioned changing my schedule up. I just know I'm glad to be home, those nurses with their shots and waking me up to check me out all the time.

Spring Time!!

And we're totally pumped, a 60 degree day in our back yard is a fine time to get 'hot' and strip down. We had a fabulous day today enjoying the super fresh air.

And, no our baby brother is still hangin' out in Momma's belly. We went to the OB appointment today, and looks like he's BIG, about 9 1/2 lbs says the midwife. She likes his big bum...so does mom. Cool thing is mom gets to have an ultrasound in the morning just to see how big our 'little' brother is. I guess little brother is getting as big as he can before he comes out, because he hears how much FUN we have ALL THE TIME.

Well we figure any day now!! Can't wait to add him to our blog, and put up some cool new pics.

What's up with us!!

Wow, it's been a while, here's what's up with us.

Adley is 4 1/2 years old, that's big. So we measured him, he weighs in at 40lbs and is 43 1/2 inches tall. I've got no percentiles for you, but that's a gain of 2 1/2 inches and 2 lbs in 6 months....he's growing BIG.

Then we got some colds, and Adley had pneumonia. Mom said she liked us sick...what mom would say that....but she did say she enjoyed the snuggly book/movie times...I guess we have too much energy to snuggle on a normal day. He's doing 100% better and we're back to our rambunctious selves.

Nathanaels name for baby brother is 'Philips'...it works.

We're excited to meet baby brother, although I don't think Nathanael really gets that he's going to come home and live with us, it's just a big belly we talk to. :)

Well that's our little update until we meet our little brother due on or around (or before if you ask mom) March 28th.

Another snow day from School. Adley has had no school this week, with Monday being Martin Luther King day. I think we'll get out and enjoy the snow this morning as well. We dug a hole in a snow bank yesterday and have a cool tunnel...now Adley wants to dig a 'room' off the side to make it better. But mom has a hard time really getting in to help dig, so we'll see how that goes.

Fabulous White Christmas!!!

Boy did we have a wonderful Christmas.

The fun started at Cousin Owen's & Jaydens for some Christmas Eve fun. We always have a blast over there. We got lots of super sweet gifts. Thanks everyone.

Then home for our Christmas Morning at home. We woke up and played with the Nativity toy Mom & Dad set up, then started opening our presents. We like to open and play then open. We got books & puzzles & movies and Adley got a sweet marble game and Nathanael a lego emergency vehicle set. Mom made breakfast before we were even done with the stockings and mom & Dad's presents because she was too hungry. Then we did Christmas with Ma Taunte Andrea over the phone.

That afternoon we drove to Memere & Papa King's. They had BIG snowbanks we wanted to play it, but it was dark out. We opened more presents there. Then Sunday morning to the Hall for Great Memere's Christmas with all of mom's cousins aunts and uncles...yah we need a hall. Then to Grandpies for more holiday fun. and another yummy meal. We ate a lot, espeically the yummy sweet stuff.

On Monday there was a sweet snow storm in Mass, we were expecting to come home to 22 inches at first, then a foot, and once we got home it was about 7 inches. But that's a good deepness for us to play in so it was OK. Also probably deep enough for Dad to shovel. Way to go Dad.

And we are home enjoying all the fun stuff we got, and the snow. Excited to have Dad off from work tomorrow for our New Years Eve celebration, which really just means lots of appetizer food, hopefully ribs...if mom can make it to the store.

We won't be going anywhere today because Nathanael was up last night with a stomach bug (he seems fine today) and Adley hit a tree while sledding yesterday, and has a scraped up chin and super swollen eye, so he looks like a one eye, but again feels fine.

So were ready to start this new year in style...probably with a sweet black eye for Adley.

My School Holiday Party

Today we had our holiday party, and our school sang some carols for our parents. Jingle bells complete w/bells to ring. Then we had a food party in our class room. Nathanael got to enjoy too, he loves to come to my class, and play in my room. Then we came home and decorated the gingerbread train mom got. We ate a lot of yummy candies...but the train still looks good. (a few pics are on the previous post.)

First Snow!!!

We're very excited. We woke up this morning and mom said there was snow on the ground. So we looked out every window and saw that there was snow on the trees, snow on the firewood, snow on the grass and on the trees. Nathanael said "I want to make a snowman". And Adley said, "I see Dad on his unicycle in the snow". I'm sure you're not surprised, Dad unicycles everywhere, most every weather. Well as you can see (our pics), we didn't get that much snow, but enough for some snow angels, and eating and walking in the snow.

Happy Birthday Owen!!

Boy did we have fun at our cousin Owen's birthday party. It was at the trampoline place, and boy did we bounce. Fun Fun!!!

Monday we went to Dad's work for a holiday party just for the kids. It was very fun, (photo's to follow). We made reindeer candy canes, had ice cream, decorated a gingerbread man, got our faces painted and lots of other cool stuff.

Tonight we took our photo for our Christmas Card....stay tuned....to your mailbox for that one. :)

Today we went to the play place with our friends, super fun times!!!

We made Christmas cookies, and frosted them.....YUM!!

We talked about all the things we can do when we have snow, the list is long, but it includes snow men, a snow fort and snow angels...just for starters. I guess we're glad there's no snow yet, because we've been so busy with everything Christmas related. Maybe a huge dumping after Christmas...because what is there to do in January and February. :)

It's the most wonderful time of the year!!

So we've had a fabulous December so far as we await Christmas.

We decorated our new home end of November, and we even have a tiny tree in our room. It's sweet. Memere got to come down and see the fabulous decorations. Now we have a fireplace & mantle so we have our stockings hung by the chimney with care. We even have one for our new baby brother.

We cut down our tree this Sunday and decorated it Monday night. It's a big fat tree and we love it. Mom had to go to Walmart to buy a huge strand of lights to cover it.

Now we're ready for presents under the tree, and to make and decorate some sugar cookies. We have red & green frosting...just waiting for cookie day.

We are also waiting for some snowflakes because that would really make it Christmas. We had a few flakes fall from the sky on Monday. We even have a sweet hill just our size across the street we can't wait to sled.

Happy Thanksgiving Weekend!!

What a fabulous start to our nice long weekend with Daddy home.

Today at school we had a feast, mom & Nathanael could come. Us kids sang 3 of our songs and then had some yummy cheese & crackers, fruit, popcorn and muffins. It was yummy. Next we went home for some fun art time, complete w/painting, and doing leaf rubbings. Then Dad came home early, we LOVE that. We started our first fire in our fire place, so nice!!

We are very thankful for so many things, at school Adley drew a picture that he was thankful for jumping in the leaves and Christmas ornaments. We have turkeys taped up in the house and are ready to spend a fabulous Thanksgiving at Grandma's house!!

Happy Halloween!!

so I'm on the computer ready to post a lot of photos. Looks like mom keeps forgetting her camera, I guess the photos are on her phone, so I'll have to talk to Dad about that. :)

We've been having a great time. On Tuesday we sold our Condo, and all of us went west to sign the last paper, and we took a little hike on Wachusetts mountain (see photo), and finished it up with Friendlies. We enjoyed it a lot and ate most of our 2 burger kids meals, and followed it up with icecream of course. I had a monster one, and Nathanael had a cone head. YUM!!

This week, Nathanael wore his Buzz lightyear costume to his school on Thursday, and I wore my Bumblebee transformer costume to school on Friday. Parents got to stay and watch us parade our costumes around, and sing a witches brew song. I won't sing it to mom & dad at home....I'm not really a singer, but school is bringing it out a little.

We carved pumpkins Thursday night, and saw Charlie brown pumpkin show. We're very excited to trick or treat our neighborhood, should be fabulous. And we even have a pumpkin carving party at our friends after church, so we'll have quite fun day tomorrow.

Bumblebee & Buzz Lightyear!!

We moved into our new white house this Saturday. We're working on our 2nd full nights sleep here, and settling in alright. This new place is fun!!

Today we made a big pile of pine cones in the back yard, we walked on 'paths' in the backyard. We got our TV here and set up and were able to watch a movie (it had been a little while so we really enjoyed it.)

We had our first full meal as a family tonight (chop suey, mom goes all out. :) )

I'm still not sure where all our toys are, but there seems to be enough stuff to get into to keep us busy, mom loves that. And we're huge helpers, or at least great at jumping on and off all the furniture in the new place, and it's still empty enough we get some echo.

We bought a new home!!

We will be moving into 'the white house' in Chelmsford. Today we brought some of our trucks and sidewalk chalk over. We had a grinders and lemonade, my favorite. We measured rooms with Daddy, and I figured I'd get a room to myself and Nathanael could have the other room with the new baby. I'm Big.

But I guess we get bunk beds if Nathanael is in the room with me, so that could be OK too.

It's fun to play in the back yard, it's fun to play downstairs, it's fun to slide along the hardwood floors on our bellies.

I'm excited to move now, and I know we are bringing all our stuff. When I see big trucks on the road I tell mom and dad that's the kind we need to move. Mom said the truck place has lots of sized trucks for moving, so I told her we would need a size 10 to bring all our stuff.

It was hard to leave the white house today to come to our other home. I like being at the white house, and I want to go in the woods and walk on the paths. I guess that will be for another day.

My First Day of School!!

So today was my first day of Pre-school. I really like my school. I'm very excited about my transformer backpack & dragon lunch pack (which will be filled with snacks every school day.) I even picked out my own shirt for the first day, my new 'talking' transformer tee shirt.

I am excited to go back to school again on Wednesday, mom stayed with me today, so Wed will be my first solo day.

Dad took some sweet pictures of me before school, but I guess they are still in the camera.

Brooklyn Fair

Hello Everyone,

We did finally get a fair in, the Brooklyn CT fair last weekend. We had a fun time. We enjoyed some tractor pull with Uncle Ben & Auntie Bee, we saw the cows & sheep. We played in the kid area for a while, it was really fun. They had a corn maze, a corn box instead of sand box, they had trains to play with, toy horses to ride, cars to ride, things to paint, a play ice cream station, play pizza station. It was a blast!!! We always love to spend time with our cousins Jayden & Owen who came to the fair too.

Before the fair we went to pick grapes with Grandpa & Grandma down the road. There were so many grapes to pick. Grandma is going to make grape juice, so we can drink it when we go back down to see her.

And there's finally a new video, I know it's been a while, mom says we move to much and too fast to get a good video, it would be rough viewing. :) (And that's Nathanael performing Twinkle Star.)

And check out our SWEET umbrella's, Adley's is Transformers - Optimus Prime & Nathanael is BUZZ - Toy Story. Adley saw them in the store and mom couldn't resist. Maybe a rainy day video will be in order.

I'm 41 3/4 inches tall (80th percentile) & 38.6 lbs (again 80th percentile) I'm extremely proportioned. :) I did awesome checking my ears & eyes, I was very brave with 5 shots....ouch, and topped it off with a finger prick for lead & anemia. So the nurse gave me 5 Spider Man stickers, and that was pretty cool. I've got a clean bill of health!! Mom did take us to Dunkin Donuts after, and Nathanael had a chocolate glazed, and I had a boston cream....mom figured I wouldn't take that one, but all that chocolate glaze on top was irresistible.

Look who's 4!! I'm getting so big.

We had a fabulous camping weekend. We went to Hammonasset State Park, on the Ocean Beach in CT. We spent 2 nights, had lots of smores, we swam in the ocean, biked on all the cool trails, played in the not so cool playground :), and enjoyed time with family. It was the bomb. We were 3 tents on one site, it was SWEET. Next year we're going to have a cousins tent, that will be extra sweet. So yah we're going back for more.

Dad got us a BIG sweet tent, very fun.

Vacation Bible School!!

We had a fabulous week at Vacation Bible School, Son Quest Rainforest. We enjoyed our jungle adventure. Adley was in the butterfly group and Nathanael bounced between the sugar gliders and the Tree Kangaroos. He's versatile. :) Adley was even doing the motions to the songs at the rehearsal, not singing just motions, it was crazy cute. We had a busy week because we had 2 friends in town our friend Amanda from Cancun we went to her mom's pool one night, and our Ohio friends we went out with them one night. It was a crazy busy week but crazy fun. And we followed it up with our first overnight sleepover without mom & dad. We stayed with our cousins, who are soooo fun to play with. Thanks Grandma & Auntie Brooke.

Adley is going to be 4 years old this Saturday, he's getting soo big. We'll be camping with our cousins this weekend on the ocean. We're very excited!!

Baseball

Tonight we went to a Spinners baseball game, a minor league team in Lowell. We had sweet seats behind home plate. We enjoyed everything going on, especially all the yummy ball food. It was fun to have lots of church friends with us too. I'm sure Dad has some sweet pics that will be up soon.

Happy 4th of July!!

Our July started with a bang, no pun intended. Dad was off work starting on Thursday and boy did we have a blast. See our Pics.

We started our July 1st with a trip to the Boston Aquarium with our friends Caroline & Ellis. We loved seeing all the fishes. Nathanael was a huge penguin fan. Adley enjoyed pretty much everything.

On July 2nd we went to the children's museum in Providence with Grandma. And boy did we have a blast. There was a water room, and outdoor play area, rooms to play in, an area to learn about bones, ships to play on, construction sites to build huge bridges. We had a blast.

Then on the 3rd we went up to VT to see Memere and Papa King. We got to meet our friends from MN Owen, Henry & Violet. We spent lots of time in Memere's pool, they got a bounce house, and I think Adley was in it as much as he could. We went to the park to play. We had a 'bonfire' and cooked smores and sparklers. Daddy & Adley tented out for 2 nights straight. We were pretty pooped come Monday afternoon when we came home. So pooped that we just enjoyed hearing the Lowell fireworks from our beds.

And then on the 9th we went blueberry picking. YUM YUM!!

Chicken nugget bubble bath!

So Nathanael and I are currently enjoying blueberry bubble bath, and that's good and all, but last night I came to the conclusion that I want some chicken nugget bubble bath. And I'm going to invent it. It's going to take many trips to donalds for nugget research to make sure we get the formulation just right.

Strawberry Picking!!

We had a blast strawberry picking today, and boy did we enjoy ALOT of berries.

Here are some sweet shots. We went with our friends, as you will see.

Right now we are helping mom bake strawberry rhubarb pie....and it smells delicious, and there is lots of flour and sugar all over the place and us. I know mom likes it this way. But she keeps letting us help.

We had some strawberry donuts too, we brought some home for daddy to try.

What a sweet Memorial day weekend!!

We had a fabulous weekend. On Saturday we went for a big bike ride on the bike path. We stopped at the lake on the way back and had a slushie. We went 9 miles. Adley loves his hook bike. On Sunday after church we hung out at the house and pdlayed trucks. Monday we went down to Grandma & Grandpa's and went for a mountian bike ride. The trailer was bump bump bumpin' along. Adley did great on the trails. We went something close to 8 miles. Then we BBQ'ed at Grandmas & Granpas and had yummie stuff like fudgeicles, ice cream and toasted Marshmallows that were HUGE!!

Very good times.

today is a pool day at our friend Gage's, he lives next door.

Time to chill on the couch after lunch so we can get back in the pool.

We had the best weekend ever!! It was so fun to have Ma Taunte Andrea, and Memere & Papa King and Grandpa & Nana come and visit us.

We showed Memere & Papa King one of our favorite parks, and Nathanael got to celebrate a little more birthday. Fun Fun

and Sunday Grandpa & Nana came down and we had a music concert, and showed them another fun park. And Nathanael decided he was going to scoot on his scooter not push it. It just had to be on his terms. What a cute scoot...

Monday we went to Great Brook Farms to show Ma Taunte Andrea the goats & sheep and feed them, and throw rocks in the pond and eat some Ice Cream.....YUM
